LOCATION
This position is located at 7700 Eastport Parkway, LaVista 68128. Work schedule is onsite Monday – Thursday with the option to work remote on Friday’s.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Manage internal technology team, including transforming existing team members skills into solid SAP SMEs, bringing in outside talent as needed with SAP expertise, defining roles and responsibilities for technology team.
•Create and hold teams accountable to metrics and key objectives.
•Contribute to execute the business roadmap for the SAP Platform and associated technologies working with business partners to ensure demand is prioritized, projects and solutions are effective and business functions are supported.
•Provide input into resource planning, staffing needs, cost estimation, budget development and cost control.
•Own technology relationship with SAP and related software vendors
•Develop and implement policies and standard operating procedures.
•Continue to drive automation & process improvements.
•Key participant and approver on project teams for system or software upgrades.
•Oversee infrastructure, basis, database, storage, security protocols and activities for technical initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
•15+ years in a Senior IT Leadership role as a key influencer within a Fortune 1000 company.
•Minimum of 10 years’ experience leading IT ERP, SAP Teams, Projects, and Function for complex and fast paced organization.
•Ability to manage and be responsible for a multi-million-dollar budget.
•Solid SAP functional knowledge around multiple SAP modules to enable requirement solicitation, deploy to production and understanding the business processes to support this work including knowledge with SAP S4 HANA.
•Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to establish credibility as a strong performer and ability to work effectively with people at all levels within Kiewit.
•Key role in planning and directing our SAP projects and other larger key implementations along with understanding our business processes, cost, impact analysis, and data security.
•High level SAP technical knowledge of technologies like SAP Cloud Platform, ALM, Integrations, Basis Admin, Transport / Change Management Tools.
•A high level of intelligence, good listening skills, analytical problem solving, critical thinking, planning, organizing skills and a keen ability to develop people.
•Outgoing, takes charge, and thrives in a fast-paced and changing environment, with the ability to deal with and quickly manage change.
•Good attention to detail, with the ability to recognize discrepancies.
•Team player with high energy and positive personality.
